HOME MODIFICATIONS
Initial Aging in Place Evaluation and Proposal by Certified Professional:
$350 + travel (Evaluation only)
$500 + travel (Evaluation and Proposal)
(appointment will be approximately 1 hour)
This evaluation of your home environment will indicate immediate and future safety concerns with recommended options for improvement.
This additional proposal will provide you with a list of local preferred vendors in the ElderNest Network with price quotes.
Aging In Place Project Coordination: $175/hour
This will provide you with complete oversight of the physical improvement projects needed to create an accessible living environment.
ElderNest will work with contractors of your choice or can refer you to our local network of preferred service providers.
Supportive care environments offer a variety of services from an interdisciplinary team.
ElderNest works to make these same interdisciplinary resources available to you as you need them in your home.

Please note - The cost of equipment, architectural design, licenses, permits, contractor work, repairs and any other direct costs for improvements are not included in the prices above.
Home Support Services
In order to successfully Age In Place, a person needs more than home modifications.
ElderNest Experts work to identify additional services that may be used for convenience, lifestyle improvements or for basic necessity.
Expert scheduling of appointments on an as needed basis: $75/hour
$1000 per month retainer to maintain individualized schedule of appointments.
